Beverage Attendant - On Call

About the Role

The Beverage Attendant role combines bartending duties with inventory responsibilities to ensure smooth bar operations. You will mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks while maintaining up‑to‑date menu knowledge and providing friendly guest interactions. The position also includes regular cleaning, payment processing, and collaboration with fellow staff to create an enjoyable atmosphere. • Mix and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to guest requests and resort standards. • Greet guests, take orders, and provide drink recommendations. • Verify customer identification and age to ensure legal compliance. • Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed. • Conduct monthly inventory checks, track stock levels, and report discrepancies. • Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well‑maintained at all times. • Process payments, manage receipts, and balance the register each shift. • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and a positive guest experience. • Engage guests with friendly interaction to create an enjoyable atmosphere. • Follow food safety and health regulations, including sanitation and hand‑washing practices.

What You Bring

• Maintain current knowledge of the bar menu, seasonal specials, and signature cocktails. • Minimum 2 years experience as a bartender or beverage attendant in a resort, hotel, or similar setting. • Strong knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and serving techniques. • Excellent customer service and communication skills with a positive, team‑player attitude. • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment handling multiple tasks simultaneously. • Basic math skills for handling payment transactions. • Physical ability to stand, walk for extended periods and lift heavy items such as trays of drinks. • Preferred: current TIPS certification, Food Handler permit, inventory management experience, or bartending training.
