About the Role

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals. • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and create compelling job descriptions. • Manage interview scheduling, gather feedback, and facilitate communication throughout the hiring process. • Facilitate offer negotiations, conduct background and reference checks, and support onboarding for new hires. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS. • Represent the company as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional candidate experience. • Stay current on recruiting trends and technologies to improve metrics such as time‑to‑hire and cost‑per‑hire.

What You Bring

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter to play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to negotiating offers—while ensuring a positive candidate experience and building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. • Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist. • Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR software (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, BambooHR). • Deep knowledge of employment laws to ensure compliant hiring practices. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills with diverse stakeholders. • Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple openings in a fast‑paced environment. • Data‑driven problem‑solving approach to recruitment.
