About the Role

Successful candidates will act as change agents, shaping future strategy, improving performance and fostering a collaborative ‘One Business’ culture across clients, industry and communities. They will influence leadership, define capability requirements, promote learning, and champion a caring and inclusive environment while balancing revenue and employee well‑being. • Manage client‑facing commissions, high‑value and complex projects, and develop talent in local markets. • Improve Planning and Scheduling and interfacing project controls processes to increase efficiency and client benefits. • Build interdisciplinary relationships that serve client interests. • Drive business generation, resource planning, and strategic growth for the Planning and Scheduling team. • Ensure project scope delivery and maintain high client satisfaction. • Lead senior line‑management activities, including career development within Planning and Scheduling. • Develop project controls capability through recruitment, training, and experience. • Implement, embed and roll out enhancements to Planning and Scheduling processes. • Support national and regional Communities of Practice. • Champion performance reporting benefits and requirements internally and across the industry. • Provide subject‑matter expertise and analysis to stakeholders and senior management for decision‑making. • Train and coach clients and junior leadership on Planning and Scheduling practices. • Lead national and regional initiatives that achieve strategic goals such as growth, outreach, or improvement. • Direct Planning and Scheduling on complex projects/programmes. • Lead large teams and work on both delivery and transformation projects.

What You Bring

• Possess expert knowledge of Planning and Scheduling tools and techniques. • Demonstrate experience interfacing with other Project Controls disciplines. • Familiarity with NEC contracts. • For Defence projects, be a UK national with current or attainable SC Clearance.
