We are seeking an experienced and driven General Sales Manager to lead our in‑home sales team. Candidates should have five or more years of experience in home improvement, roofing, siding, windows, or related industries, a proven record in in‑home or B2C sales, strong leadership and team‑management skills, and a self‑motivated, results‑driven, customer‑focused mindset. Evening and Saturday availability, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check are required; experience with Salesforce, SalesPro, Aqua, or LeapDigital is a plus, and willingness to relocate if needed. • 5+ years experience in home improvement, roofing, siding, windows, or related fields • Proven success in in‑home or B2C sales • Strong leadership and team management background • Self‑motivated, results‑driven, customer‑focused mindset • Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check • Experience with Salesforce, SalesPro, Aqua, or LeapDigital (a plus) • Willingness to relocate if needed

This full‑time, on‑site role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses, with average earnings between $125,000 and $250,000+ per year and top performers reaching $300K+.
