About the Role

• Load performance data from submissions, automated feeds, and manual files. • Perform data quality checks and resolve discrepancies with providers. • Communicate policies and guidelines to properties, clients, and industry professionals. • Notify research department of census issues and monitor participation levels. • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly processing procedures and pre‑processing checks. • Respond to client emails promptly and generate, verify, and deliver reports. • Serve as internal point of contact for data queries and manage workflow requests. • Assist clients in automating data submission and identify new automation opportunities. • Maintain delivery schedules, notify stakeholders of issues, and collaborate with IT to resolve them. • Adjust report setups per client requests and ensure data confidentiality.

What You Bring

The associate must be self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and possess strong analytical skills to ensure data integrity, quality, and client confidentiality. Success requires excellent interpersonal and commercial acumen, the ability to manage customer requests independently, and collaboration with diverse internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the ability to manipulate large data sets are essential. Candidates should thrive in a fast‑paced, innovative environment and adapt quickly to changing situations. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. • 1–2 years relevant work experience with a record of commitment. • Strong analytical skills and confidence in manipulating quantitative data. • Ability to work with large, disparate data sets. • Excellent written and verbal communication; relationship building with executives and teams. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. • Strong time‑management, organization, and detail‑oriented mindset. • Positive can‑do attitude and willingness to learn. • Degree in hospitality, data, business management, or finance. • Knowledge of STR data, products, and hospitality technology (PMS, RMS, BI tools). • Experience in hotel/travel/tourism industry. • Financial literacy with P&L statements. • Experience with API integrations and SFTP data transfers.
