About the Role
Our Electrical PM will lead both telecommunications/data systems and electrical work from conceptual design through final completion, supporting RQ’s mission, vision and values. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of healthcare construction. • Lead electrical and telecommunications projects for a large ambulatory care center and dental clinic. • Manage the full project lifecycle from conceptual design to final completion. • Oversee design‑build electrical and telecom construction activities. • Coordinate project efforts to align with organizational mission, vision, and values. • Submit identity verification, U.S. work authorization, and pass drug and DoD background checks.

What You Bring
A BA/BS degree in Engineering (Electrical/Telecommunications/Electronics), Construction Management or a related field is the minimum education requirement; equivalent work experience and training may also qualify. At least five years of project‑management experience on commercial or industrial projects is required, and eight years of experience as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager or Superintendent in electrical and telecommunications construction, preferably in design‑build, is also required. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in engineering design, systems and standards, be computer‑literate with Microsoft Office (Teams/SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and preferably have experience with McCormick, Primavera 3/6, Autodesk Build & Cost Management, BIM and Revit. Required certifications include CPR, First Aid and OSHA 30‑hour; STS certification is preferred, as are LEED GA or AP/AP+ credentials. Benefits
The position offers a competitive salary of $130,000‑$150,000, company‑provided housing for you and dependents, a vehicle, paid utilities, quarterly trips back home, and a generous foreign‑income‑exclusion eligibility, as well as medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, health‑savings account and paid time off. Relocation to Guantanamo Bay is required, along with a valid passport and an in‑depth background screening. • Accept a salary range of $130k‑$150k with housing, vehicle, utilities, quarterly trips, and comprehensive benefits.
