About the Role
We are recruiting a Senior Project Manager for our Dublin office. The role covers the entire project lifecycle, from initial inception through design, procurement, site delivery, and commissioning. You will work with the project management team to manage and deliver capital investment projects and act as the key day‑to‑day client interface. Key responsibilities include leading project management commissions, taking overall responsibility for successful delivery, and planning, directing, and supervising moderately sized projects with moderate risk, complexity, and financial impact. You will also contribute to the operational running of the AECOM project management team and must have recent experience delivering RIBA Stages 0 to 7 on infrastructure projects. • Manage full project lifecycle from inception through design, procurement, delivery, and commissioning. • Serve as primary client liaison to ensure objectives are met. • Lead project management commissions and oversee moderate‑risk, moderate‑complexity projects. • Collaborate with project management team to deliver capital investment projects. • Commit to diversity, equity, inclusion, and support for applicants with disabilities.

What You Bring
The successful candidate will have experience in primary healthcare and educational markets, a postgraduate qualification in project management, construction, engineering, or quantity surveying, and be in the process of achieving Chartered status with SCSI, RICS, CIOB, RIBA, or EI. APM affiliation is a benefit. • Require recent experience delivering RIBA Stages 0‑7 on infrastructure projects. • Prefer background in primary healthcare and educational sectors. • Hold a postgraduate qualification in project management, construction, engineering, or quantity surveying. • Pursuing Chartered status with SCSI/RICS/CIOB/RIBA/EI; APM affiliation advantageous.
