About the Role

Key responsibilities include supporting the ESG team in rolling out impact and sustainability strategies for new investments and portfolio companies, researching and preparing reports on sustainability protocols, frameworks, technology, policy and regulatory developments, and providing market insights and benchmarking of other asset managers. The analyst will also assist with ESG and impact due diligence, prepare fund materials and respond to LP due‑diligence queries, and evaluate KPI data to report on ESG performance against relevant frameworks. • Support implementation of impact and sustainability strategy for new investments and portfolio businesses. • Research and report on sustainability protocols, frameworks, technology, policy, and regulatory developments. • Provide market insights and benchmark ESG commitments of other asset managers. • Assist ESG and impact due diligence for new investments. • Prepare fund materials and respond to LP due‑diligence and reporting requests. • Evaluate KPI data and assess ESG performance against relevant frameworks.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a master’s degree, preferably in sustainability, business, finance, accounting or economics, and have 2‑3 years of experience in M&A, management consulting or ESG work. Required skills include outstanding research, analytical and critical‑thinking abilities, project management in a fast‑paced environment, knowledge of sustainability trends such as decarbonisation, human rights and circularity, and familiarity with ESG disclosure frameworks (GHG Protocol, TCFD, SASB, CDP, GRI) and regulations (SFDR, CSRD). Experience with impact measurement frameworks (OPIM, Impact Frontiers, SDG Impact) is advantageous, along with strong organization, attention to detail and excellent English communication. • Hold a Master’s degree in sustainability, business, finance, accounting, or economics. • Bring 2–3 years of experience in M&A, management consulting, or ESG work. • Demonstrate strong research, analytical, and critical‑thinking skills. • Understand sustainability trends such as decarbonisation, human rights, biodiversity, water, and circularity. • Know ESG disclosure frameworks (GHG Protocol, TCFD, SASB, CDP, GRI) and regulations (SFDR, CSRD). • Familiarity with impact measurement frameworks (OPIM, Impact Frontiers, SDG Impact) is a plus. • Exhibit self‑motivation, initiative, strong organization, attention to detail, and excellent English communication.
