About the Role
Provide active support to the project team with order management and maintenance while maintaining the commercial integrity of assemble‑to‑order projects, including review of customer purchase orders, system data integrity, and financial controls. Manage scheduling and financial tracking of all assigned project orders, ensuring accurate invoicing, on‑time shipments, and logistical planning. Communicate effectively with project managers, plants, credit, field sales, and other internal departments, as well as directly with customers, to keep order status, shipment schedules, and invoicing transparent. Apply a digital mindset by utilizing the latest digital tools to automate and error‑proof these processes. • Support project team with order management and maintenance. • Ensure commercial integrity of assemble‑to‑order projects by reviewing purchase orders and maintaining data and financial controls. • Manage scheduling, invoicing, shipments, and logistics for assigned orders. • Liaise with internal departments and customers to provide timely updates on order status.

What You Bring
Candidates must be currently enrolled in, and returning to, an accredited engineering bachelor’s program, preferably in their third or fourth year of study. They must be legally authorized to work in Canada on a permanent basis without sponsorship. Experience with the O365 platform, SharePoint, and Power Automate, as well as demonstrated leadership experience on campus or in the community, is required. • Leverage O365, SharePoint, and Power Automate to automate and error‑proof processes. • Must be enrolled in an accredited engineering bachelor program (preferably 3rd or 4th year) and authorized to work in Canada permanently. • Demonstrated campus or community leadership experience.

Benefits
This position is scheduled to start in May 2026. The hourly range for this role is $20‑$25 per hour, though salaries are guided by candidate skills, experience, qualifications, and market considerations.
