About the Role
The role focuses on techno‑commercial procurement of indirect material and services for HVAC manufacturing, including MRO, facility management, capex, and production consumables. • Research and source vendors for indirect material and services • Manage vendor performance against cost and delivery KPIs • Conduct vendor evaluation, negotiate contracts, and prepare reports • Issue RFI/RFQ/RFP, compare techno‑commercial offers, and obtain approvals • Convert purchase requisitions to purchase orders in Buysmart/SAP • Schedule, track, and ensure timely delivery of orders; coordinate with stores for GRN • Monitor stock levels of consumables and place replenishment orders • Oversee supplier payments and coordinate with accounts for timely release • Onboard new vendors, manage documentation, and create vendor requests in MDG • Maintain records of purchases, deliveries, and invoices; generate cost, spend, and inventory analyses • Handle rejected material by communicating with suppliers, tracking returns, and arranging replacements

What You Bring
• Minimum 5 years procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing/HVAC • Strong vendor sourcing, evaluation, and liaison skills • Familiarity with ISO standards and procedures • Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Buysmart) • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Solid analytical ability for financial reporting and cost analysis • Effective negotiation skills • Engineering diploma or degree
