About the Role
The Office Manager for the Newcastle office will ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, providing facilities that support a professional environment and foster a collaborative team culture. This dynamic role blends operational excellence, people engagement and proactive problem‑solving in a fast‑paced setting. • Serve as first point of contact for visitors and clients, delivering a professional welcome. • Oversee leases, OH&S compliance, office maintenance, cleaning, furniture, IT, telephone facilities, and company vehicles. • Manage office expenditures, banking processes and related financial reporting. • Maintain Business Management System certification and ensure compliance. • Coordinate procurement of ICT hardware, software and network services; manage support and online systems. • Facilitate staff onboarding, inductions, training support and departure processes. • Organise office communications, supplies, hot‑desk bookings, catering, events and travel arrangements. • Assist with bid preparation, document formatting and submission. • Provide administrative support to project teams as needed. • Maintain calendars for core activities, key meetings and bid templates.

What You Bring
• 2–5 years experience in administrative or office management roles. • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Strong organisational and time‑management skills with effective prioritisation. • Proactive self‑starter with excellent problem‑solving abilities. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general technical aptitude.
