About the Role
The role involves producing and modifying detailed AutoCAD and MicroStation drawings and 3D models, collaborating with engineers and project managers, and ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations. Work is mostly sedentary at a desk, with occasional site visits for measurements or inspections that may require standing, walking, or climbing. • Create and revise design drawings and 3D models for rail‑transit infrastructure projects. • Translate engineering sketches, specifications, and calculations into detailed technical documents. • Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to ensure drawings meet industry standards, codes, and regulations. • Support field surveys and site visits. • Maintain organized digital drawing files, records, and supporting documentation.

What You Bring
The position is aimed at recent college graduates with CAD training, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage time and organize work effectively. • Recent college graduate with CAD/Drafting coursework or equivalent experience. • Proficiency in AutoCAD or Bentley MicroStation. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Procore. • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. • Highly organized with strong time‑management capabilities.
