About the Role
The Senior Scheduler at Lemartec will support Project Managers in planning and scheduling design and construction projects, primarily in heavy industrial construction. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining project baselines and reporting systems, creating and updating Primavera P6 cost‑loaded schedules, managing critical‑path logic and bar charts, forecasting status against baselines, analyzing design or construction changes, and communicating schedule performance to the project team, management, and clients. The role also provides guidance on project‑control issues, participates in schedule review meetings across the United States, and performs additional related duties as needed. • Develop and maintain project baselines and reporting systems. • Create, update, and review cost‑loaded Primavera P6 schedules. • Build and manage critical‑path logic networks and bar charts. • Forecast project status against established baselines and analyze changes. • Communicate schedule performance to team members, management, and clients. • Provide guidance on project‑control issues and participate in schedule review meetings nationwide. • Perform time‑impact analysis and other schedule‑related tasks as required.

What You Bring
Candidates should have 5‑10 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field, and strong expertise in program management and scheduling using Primavera P6. Certification from PMI or AACEi, experience with large industrial construction projects, and familiarity with other project‑control tools such as Sage 300 CRE are preferred. Effective oral and written communication, ability to travel within the U.S., and skills in critical‑path analysis, time‑impact analysis, and schedule reporting are required. • 5‑10 years of scheduling experience in large industrial construction. • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. • Proficiency with Primavera P6; familiarity with Sage 300 CRE or similar tools. • PMI or AACEi certification considered a plus. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Ability to travel within the United States.
