• Lead growth of client relationships in the Midlands and support national initiatives with UK‑wide mobility. • Drive strategic delivery of commissions and major infrastructure programmes. • Build and manage diverse, multi‑sector teams to ensure successful project execution. • Oversee business generation activities including bidding, networking, pursuit planning, and client engagement. • Develop and maintain client relationships at all organisational levels. • Apply NEC3/4 contract knowledge to programme and project delivery. • Contribute to procurement, asset management, or advisory services as needed. • Participate in client and internal boards, shaping strategy and achieving growth targets. • Ensure compliance with SOX controls where applicable.

What You Bring

The role is a senior Project Director position within the UK Infrastructure business, tasked with expanding client relationships in the Midlands while supporting national initiatives across the UK. The successful candidate will be commercially minded, adept at cultivating relationships, and experienced in leading strategic delivery of commissions for infrastructure programmes. Mobility across the United Kingdom is required. Candidates must have proven leadership of diverse teams across sectors such as rail, aviation, utilities, power, highways and local authorities. A background in project management or engineering with extensive capital programme delivery experience is essential, along with knowledge of NEC3/4 contracts. Experience in major programme and project delivery, business generation, bidding, networking, pursuit planning, and client engagement is also required.
