About the Role

The Senior Superintendent leads field operations, oversees project schedules, and manages labor budgets, including any specialty department work. Safety is a core value, and the Superintendent is expected to champion and model safe work practices. They supervise field team members and subcontractors to ensure timely, successful project completion while fostering collaborative relationships with project managers, owners, architects, and subcontractors. Key responsibilities span project management, people management, and business development. This includes planning and scheduling, cost control, quality and safety oversight, team leadership, client satisfaction, and representing the company to clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors. • Plan and schedule projects using short‑interval schedules. • Develop and manage manpower budgets based on estimates and schedules. • Control job progress by supervising subcontractors, resolving issues, and enforcing quality and safety standards. • Monitor weekly labor, material, and equipment costs to maintain profitability and customer satisfaction. • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing their needs. • Lead teams through communication, mentorship, and motivation. • Coach and develop other Pepper Supervisors. • Promote safety education and compliance on the site. • Represent and sell Pepper Construction to clients, architects, engineers, officials, and inspectors, earning respect. • Maintain a professional appearance that reflects the company’s quality reputation. • Conduct all interactions in a professional manner. • Build and sustain strong working relationships.

What You Bring

Candidates should preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and bring at least 15 years of field supervision experience, having independently completed nine or more projects. Strong relationship‑building skills and the ability to mentor others are essential.
