You will support all phases of utility construction on various telecom projects, develop your team’s skills in aerial and underground work, and lead by example to reinforce a company‑wide safety culture. What You Bring
The ideal candidate prioritizes safety daily, has a proven track record of high‑quality work, and enjoys hands‑on problem solving. You should have experience leading construction crews, possess strong knowledge of telecom construction methods such as coax and fiber splicing, directional drilling, and map reading, and be adept at coaching and mentoring. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom software, as well as relevant MOS codes, are also important. • Consistently produce high‑quality work • Apply telecom construction knowledge (coax/fiber splicing, directional drilling, map reading) • Use Microsoft Office and quickly learn custom software • Relevant MOS codes (12H, 12N, 25W, 91X, 2549, 2591) align with the role
