Lifeguard- Part Time

About the Role

We are looking for a Part‑Time Seasonal Lifeguard to join our amazing team. As a lifeguard, your primary focus is maintaining safety while guests enjoy the pool area. You will provide outstanding protection by continuously observing guests, performing designated rescue practices, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal health‑and‑safety regulations. In this role you will coordinate and direct all activities in the pool areas, assist with emergency care and treatment, and respond to any level of incident or emergency throughout the facility. You will also notify appropriate authorities, prepare written reports on accidents, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activities, and may be assigned additional duties or special projects by management. • Coordinate and direct all pool‑area activities. • Assist and support emergency care and treatment during incidents. • Respond to any incident or emergency throughout the facility. • Notify appropriate authorities and prepare written reports on accidents, hazards, or suspicious activity. • Lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects up to 25 lb and assist persons over 100 lb as needed.

What You Bring

Eligibility is limited to U.S. hourly team members who are not represented by a labor organization or covered by a collective bargaining agreement. Candidates must hold, or be able to obtain, lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid certifications, be at least 16 years old, and be able to tolerate environmental factors such as humidity, extreme temperatures, dust, and noise. Physical requirements include moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or placing objects up to 25 lb without assistance and occasionally handling persons exceeding 100 lb. • Eligibility: U.S. hourly team members not represented by a labor organization. • Hold current lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid certifications (or obtain after hire). • Be at least 16 years of age. • Tolerate humidity, heat/cold, dust, and noise.
