About the Role
• Lead development, implementation, and monitoring of the office operating plan and budget. • Participate in developing and implementing the strategic plan for office growth with business groups, marketing, and operational management. • Manage personnel activities to provide high‑quality services and achieve or exceed plan results. • Establish and monitor office procedures, ensuring adherence to corporate policies, contractual terms, and quality control standards. • Provide overall office leadership in cooperation with the Area management team and Project Managers. • Collaborate with regional and area operations managers, business group directors, and marketing managers on client development, staffing needs, and service delivery. • Own the office planning guide process and take actions to meet operational goals for office sizing, seating, and space. • Support hiring, performance evaluation, staff development, training, and recognition initiatives. • Assist in managing project staffing and workload balancing. • Maintain key client relationships and serve as Project Principal or Project Manager. • Communicate, implement, monitor, and enforce company policies within the office. • Participate in Area quality assurance of project quality control, risk management reviews, business reviews, and dispute resolution activities. • Serve as a company representative in business and the community.

What You Bring
Qualification requirements include a professional engineering or architecture registration, extensive technical management experience, a bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or a related field, outstanding leadership, communication and team‑building skills, experience managing diverse teams, and the ability to work cooperatively with operations, business groups, technical directors and marketing managers while committing to quality, improvement and HDR values.
