About the Role
The Construction Account Manager drives sales of temporary waste removal services to construction clients within an assigned market, focusing on lead generation, relationship building, and achieving monthly profit targets. In this role, the manager regularly engages with prospects and existing customers, presents service offerings, follows up with decision makers, logs activities in Salesforce, and works with the operations team to address service concerns, while providing weekly performance updates to the Sales Manager. • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships to drive loyalty and retention. • Identify, prospect, and secure temporary waste removal leads to exceed monthly growth goals. • Deliver sales presentations and follow up with key decision makers across the market. • Record calls, meetings, and proposals daily in Salesforce. • Generate sales leads for permanent waste services and pass them to appropriate representatives. • Meet weekly with Sales Manager to review retention activities, progress, and key accounts. • Collaborate with operations to resolve customer service issues when needed. • Represent the company at trade shows, chamber of commerce events, and other community activities.

What You Bring
Applicants must possess 2‑4 years of sales experience, hold a valid driver’s license, and preferably have background in waste or transportation sectors, demonstrating ability to retain customers and increase revenue. • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant sales experience. • Valid driver’s license required. • Preferred experience in waste or transportation industry.
