About the Role

The role is for a MEP (electrical) Manager on a large data‑centre project in London. The project sits within the Technology & Manufacturing Business Unit, which drives sustainable construction and leverages technology for efficient project management across Europe and the UK for high‑profile technology clients. • Implement and communicate Mace health, safety, and environment requirements to reports and contractors. • Collaborate with the commercial team on procurement strategy. • Issue and verify work packages in line with client scope. • Review mechanical design and report issues against Mace standards or client requirements. • Coordinate with planning team to develop robust, buildable schedules. • Maintain programme and production control (PPC) updates per project needs. • Identify prefabrication opportunities with design team and contractors. • Ensure mechanical construction meets client and Mace QA/QC standards. • Oversee system review and commissioning readiness with the Cx team. • Support senior management in efficient project handover. • Align project delivery with business objectives for timeliness and profitability. • Cascade all M&E changes throughout the project. • Participate in leadership meetings to discuss and implement project targets. • Prepare weekly/monthly reports for senior management.

What You Bring

• Degree in engineering and membership in a professional body such as CIBSE or IET (HND in building services also considered). • Digitally savvy with ability to build lasting client relationships. • Proven ability to lead strong, motivated teams. • Background in construction or project management.
