About the Role

The role involves delivering technical work, engaging with clients and partners, and supporting business development within a dynamic environment. • Produce high‑quality technical deliverables for transportation and infrastructure projects. • Attend project and client meetings and assist with proposal preparation. • Manage project finances and cultivate strong client and partner relationships. • Coordinate NEPA processes, documentation, and agency consultations (e.g., Section 106, 4(f), 7). • Conduct public and stakeholder outreach activities. • Lead environmental planning tasks, schedules, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate possesses a relevant degree, several years of experience in NEPA coordination for infrastructure projects, and demonstrates strong analytical, communication, and self‑management abilities. WSP is an equal‑opportunity employer, requires U.S. work authorization, and does not accept unsolicited resumes from staffing agencies. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in environmental or transportation planning (or related field) and 3‑5 years of NEPA coordination experience. • Knowledge of FHWA NEPA policies, Georgia DOT procedures, Plan Development Process, and TPro/P6. • Proficient in GIS, office productivity, and virtual collaboration software. • Demonstrated self‑management, independent work, and effective oral and written communication. • Commitment to safety, ethical decision‑making, and adherence to WSP’s Code of Conduct. • Ability to travel to project sites and navigate uneven terrain. • Preferred: Master’s degree, active involvement in professional organizations, pursuit of AICP or CEP certification.
