About the Role
The Continuity Tester role ensures comprehensive point‑to‑point verification of panels after wiring, identifying and documenting any wiring or component issues while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to validate projects. Day‑to‑day activities include using a Fluke meter to confirm connections, interpreting wiring schematics and layouts, checking components and labels against the bill of materials, and communicating findings to relevant teams. • Use diagnostic equipment to confirm continuity of panel wiring. • Analyze wiring schematics and layouts to ensure correct implementation. • Cross‑check components and labeling against the bill of materials. • Record and report any discrepancies to engineering and production teams. • Operate independently to meet assigned verification milestones. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve issues. • Apply Microsoft Office and PDF applications for documentation and reporting.
