About the Role
The Maintenance Supervisor oversees all maintenance functions for the community, partnering with the Community Manager to manage staff, vendors, service requests, preventative‑maintenance programs, safety compliance, and resident relations. • Oversee daily maintenance operations, ensuring on‑site presence and timely response to resident and management work orders. • Manage and schedule preventative‑maintenance activities to extend asset life and reduce future repairs. • Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily to identify and correct safety hazards. • Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and adhere to budget guidelines set by the Community Manager. • Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate maintenance staff, providing coaching and performance feedback. • Ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and Fair Housing regulations and keep accurate service records. • Deliver high‑quality customer service, monitor service‑request turnaround, and enforce community policies. • Coordinate vendor relationships, obtain bids, and oversee construction, rehabilitation, and unit make‑ready projects. • Participate in on‑call emergency response and maintain a safe, organized maintenance shop following OSHA standards.

What You Bring
• Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent; EPA and CPO certifications required, HVAC certification preferred. • Demonstrate proficiency with on‑site software, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA requirements.
