Production Associate
Operate corrugated equipment, monitor production, ensure safety in a shift-based role.
Job Highlights
About the Role
• Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production • Perform basic asset care duties to include routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of work area • Perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours a day, in a loud/noisy, and industrial, high-volume environment • Monitor and/or entry into computer control systems • Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, to include wearing safety equipment • Operate and/or work around mobile equipment • Operate equipment to defined standards and product specification targets • Work as a team to help meet or exceed production, waste, quality, and safety goals

What You Bring
• Experience working in the corrugated packaging industry • Experience in at least one of the following areas: Manufacturing, agricultural, warehouse OR military environment, OR secondary education in manufacturing/industrial • Experience using a computer, tablet, or smart device

Benefits
• The first (2) week of orientation will be on 1st shift (7am • 3pm), then you will be assigned to your 2nd OR 3rd shift after your orientation. • 2nd Shift Differential = $0.50 • Overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed. • $25.17 per hour • Stable work history with consistent employment • 3rd Shift Differential = $0.60 • Only candidates who are flexible and available to work any shift will be considered. This will include overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed.
