About the Role
The senior developer will oversee development for at least two core ServiceNow products—mandatory ITSM and CMDB—delivering advanced configurations such as Business Rules, Script Includes, UI policies, and Flow Designer logic. Responsibilities also include creating and maintaining scripted REST APIs, integrating data workflows, supporting upgrades and regression testing, and ensuring data quality across ITOM, CMDB, SAM, HAM, and ITSM. • Lead development across multiple ServiceNow products, including ITSM and CMDB. • Build advanced configurations: Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, ACLs, and Flow Designer logic. • Develop and optimize JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and AngularJS components. • Create and maintain scripted REST APIs, IntegrationHub flows, and data workflows. • Collaborate with architects to design scalable solutions and support upgrades, patches, and regression testing. • Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and ensure data quality across ITOM, CMDB, SAM, HAM, and ITSM. • Review and mentor junior developers’ work, providing guidance and code reviews. • Document designs, scripts, and configuration changes; translate business requirements into technical solutions.

What You Bring
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (client and server), Glide APIs, and platform scripting is required, along with hands‑on experience in Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and IntegrationHub. The candidate should be well‑versed in Service Portal customization, ACLs, ATF, ITIL processes, and scoped app development, and possess 4–7+ years of ServiceNow development experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and preferably CSA, CAD, or CIS certifications. • Demonstrate expertise in Glide APIs, platform scripting, and Flow Designer/Workflow Editor. • Experience with Service Portal customization, ACLs, ATF, ITIL processes, and scoped app development. • Hold 4–7+ years of ServiceNow development experience, a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, and CSA/CAD/CIS certifications (preferred).
