The training experience includes rotational assignments across Operations, Sales, Finance, Maintenance, and Post‑Collection, plus leadership workshops, guest speakers, and project‑based learning. Participants learn to lead large teams, manage complex infrastructure, and receive ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to lead large teams in fast‑paced environments, possess strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, and have excellent communication abilities. A working knowledge of business finance, controls, and performance metrics is required, along with at least two years of supervisory or management experience and willingness to relocate for rotations.
