About the Role
We provide cost management services from contract signature and award to completion of projects in various sectors, including advice on the issue of certificates and preparation of cost control and reporting services. • Prepare contract documents, warranties, bonds, and licenses and facilitate execution. • Advise on administration of building contract terms. • Measure and value work performed, adjusting variations per contract and contractor agreement. • Provide cost control and reporting throughout the contract. • Produce financial reports for the client as required. • Identify costs linked to design changes, contract awards, construction activities, and client charges. • Evaluate contractor and subcontractor claims for delays and additional costs. • Advise on issuing certificates of practical completion and negotiate final accounts. • Advise on certificates for defect remediation and final completion per submission requirements. • Deliver system and process improvements driving transformational change. • Collaborate on net‑zero carbon transition, managing associated emissions and reductions.
