About the Role
The In‑House Marketing Representative – Pre‑Arrival promotes HGV and books qualified sales presentations for prospective owners, club members, and other qualified customers. The role delivers both customer and concierge services while projecting a professional company image. • Respond promptly to guests, embodying HGV’s cultural values. • Maintain a positive demeanor on and off the clock and build professional relationships with hotel staff. • Fulfill reasonable management requests within capability. • Distribute approved promotional info and incentives to qualified guests. • Accurately complete paperwork and log dispositions in CRM systems (VOICE, CHORUS, Eclipse, Salesforce). • Confirm guest appointments to ensure tour attendance. • Review production reports and alert managers to challenges. • Follow gifting procedures to meet monthly cost targets. • Meet or exceed the established minimum performance standards each month. • Provide fulfillment staff with data to enable pre‑gift services for guests.

What You Bring
We look for candidates with 1–2 years of phone or face‑to‑face marketing/sales experience in vacation ownership, strong interpersonal and guest‑relations skills, and the ability to operate multiple customer‑service software platforms. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, a professional appearance, motivation, local area knowledge, and a proactive attitude toward rejection are essential. • 1–2 years of phone or face‑to‑face marketing/sales experience in vacation ownership with proven success. • Excellent interpersonal and guest‑relations abilities. • Proficient with multiple customer‑service software applications. • Professional appearance and demeanor. • Self‑motivated, proactive self‑starter. • Strong knowledge of the local area. • Ability to handle rejection constructively. • Coachable, quick learner open to feedback.
