About the Role
In this position you will support core business analysis and metrics for a large real‑estate portfolio. The role requires clear communication, organized time management, a willingness to learn, and the highest standards of behavior and collaboration. You will work closely with leaders to develop budgets, generate reports, and implement data‑driven improvements. • Perform detailed forecast analysis and compare budget versus actual spending for a large real estate portfolio. • Prepare and develop annual budget planning. • Generate monthly and quarterly reports, supporting both regular and ad‑hoc reporting. • Assist leaders in identifying budget corrections and implement changes. • Develop and automate efficient reporting strategies while preserving data integrity. • Maintain knowledge of Master Services Agreements and track client billing activities. • Calculate management and incentive fees as needed. • Organize team data collection and communication. • Create best‑practice documentation and user support materials for reporting. • Conduct day‑to‑day reporting and forecasting for assigned portfolio. • Analyze performance data to identify trends and support special projects.

What You Bring

The estimated compensation for this position ranges from $93,000 to $105,000 per year, with final packages determined by qualifications, location, and market conditions. The position is remote, with a preference for candidates in the Chicago, IL area, and does not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
