About the Role
About the Role: The Branch Manager manages and supervises branch employees and oversees all branch operations to ensure company procedures and processes are followed. They communicate with employees, sales reps, customers, and administrative personnel to ensure the best service, addressing and resolving serious installation/service issues. They ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures and assist in documenting jobsite accidents and incidents. They also coordinate with other branches to share knowledge, plan promotional activities, and achieve goals. • Manage and supervise branch staff while overseeing all branch operations • Communicate with employees, sales reps, customers, and admin to ensure top service and resolve installation issues • Enforce health and safety procedures and document jobsite incidents • Coordinate with other branches on knowledge sharing, promotional activities, and goal achievement

What You Bring
Key Qualifications: At least 8 years of experience in the home improvement industry and 5+ years of management or supervisory experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage and inspect the quality of employee or subcontractor installations. Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and CRM tools such as i360 and Salesforce. A valid driver’s license is required. • Minimum 8 years home‑improvement industry experience and 5+ years management experience • Strong written and verbal communication; ability to inspect quality of installations • Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and CRM tools (i360, Salesforce) • Valid driver’s license required
