About the Role
As an Inside Sales Manager at LoopNet, you will be a critical element in ensuring the sales teams drive new client acquisition and expand the company’s footprint within the commercial real estate market. You will manage a team of Sales Executives focused on outbound prospecting and strategic engagement with larger accounts, holding the team to meet and exceed goals while helping clients succeed through data‑driven marketing strategies. • Ensure telesales team meets/exceeds revenue targets and sales objectives. • Mentor, train and develop sales staff to maximize individual and team potential. • Monitor performance metrics, provide actionable feedback, and implement improvement strategies. • Partner with inside/field sales, training, and support functions to align efforts and execute sales plans. • Maintain high levels of customer engagement and employee morale. • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Develop and communicate annual sales plans aligned with organizational goals. • Serve as liaison between training, sales management, and support teams to ensure resource availability.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, in‑person college/university. • 2+ years managing sales groups in a high‑transaction environment. • 3+ years of proven sales experience meeting/exceeding quotas. • Experience managing teams of 10+ inside‑sales professionals. • Demonstrated leadership and track record of meeting team sales goals. • Strong performance record in high‑transaction sales settings. • Experience growing an inside‑sales team. • Proven ability to mentor and coach sales teams to achieve their greatest potential. • Proficient in web‑based meeting tools such as WebEx and GoToMeeting. • Commercial Real Estate (CRE) experience. • Ability to build long‑term, sustainable client relationships. • Proven record of rapidly growing a sales territory through new acquisition and account growth. • Strong internal and external relationship‑building skills. • Ability to retain top sales producers and manage under‑performers.
