What You Bring
Candidates need experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a performance‑driven environment, with prior appointment‑setting or dispatch experience preferred. Proficiency with Five9, Microsoft Office, CRMs and data entry, as well as strong communication, multitasking, and a persuasive personality are required. The position offers an hourly base pay plus uncapped commissions, with average first‑year earnings between $60k and $80k.
