About the Role

• Clean and maintain refrigeration and display cases in retail and commercial environments • Support preventative maintenance initiatives for nationally recognized brands • Travel to job sites as part of a mobile team • Use company and customer technology platforms to document work

What You Bring

• Work independently with remote supervision and support • Minimum age of 21 • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record • Comfortable working at heights up to 40 ft and using extension ladders • Ability to meet OSHA ladder safety requirements • Weight under 275 lb (ladder restriction) • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lb repeatedly • Willingness to work 45–50 hours per week if needed • Strong work ethic, integrity, and customer service mindset • Comfortable using technology and working independently • Commercial HVAC maintenance experience • Construction or roofing work experience • Cable installation or route‑based work experience • Facility or grounds maintenance experience • Delivery, installation, or field service experience
