About the Role

• Provide daily IT support while shadowing IT Analysts. • Work with local and regional IT teams to support a national engineering firm. • Prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve internal client technical issues. • Install and configure printers, copiers, plotters, and other office equipment. • Configure and troubleshoot Windows 10 PCs and Windows Server 2016 environments. • Deliver strong customer service with clear written and verbal communication.

What You Bring

The intern will deliver daily IT support, collaborate with local and regional IT teams, and prioritize troubleshooting for internal clients. A strong customer‑service mindset, communication skills, and willingness to work with others are essential. Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field and have prior customer‑service experience. Required technical knowledge includes Windows 10 configuration, PC troubleshooting, Windows Server 2016, and the ability to install printers, copiers, and plotters. Excellent communication and a high aptitude for learning new technologies are also required. Experience with CAD/engineering applications, MCP/A+/Network+ or CCNA certifications, and mobile device configuration are a plus. Familiarity with Office 365, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange 365, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals is desirable. • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field. • Possess prior customer‑service experience and high aptitude for learning new tech. • Familiarity with Office 365, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange 365, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals (preferred). • Experience with CAD/engineering applications and certifications such as MCP, A+, Network+, or CCNA (preferred).
