About the Role
In this role you will work with public and private sector clients on complex organisational challenges, planning and delivering strategy‑led change initiatives in ambiguous environments. You will own stakeholder relationships, collaborate with senior leaders, and ensure alignment of change plans with business cases and organisational objectives. • Shape client change and transformation plans aligned with business cases. • Lead day‑to‑day advisory engagements, managing delivery and senior stakeholder relationships. • Apply strategic analysis to solve complex, ambiguous problems. • Challenge assumptions and propose persuasive alternatives for decision‑making. • Collaborate with delivery teams across the UK, UAE and USA. • Build cross‑functional relationships with programme management, economics, procurement, engineering and architecture. • Deliver consultancy services from executive advising to workshop facilitation and high‑quality outputs. • Maintain strong client relationships, including on‑site work in the UK and UAE. • Mentor and develop junior team members to enhance transformation capability. • Design and track behavioural change initiatives, influencing culture and branding. • Facilitate conversations across mixed seniority levels, driving clear outcomes. • Lead teams collaboratively in fast‑paced, creative environments.

What You Bring

We bring decades of industry experience, strong commercial judgement and a client‑focused culture to every engagement. The ideal candidate has experience working with public‑sector clients and exposure to private‑sector environments, and has built trusted relationships within complex, multi‑partner stakeholder ecosystems. Experience designing and delivering behavioural change initiatives, a solid understanding of business strategy and operating‑model design, and strong facilitation and communication skills are essential. • Demonstrate experience with public‑sector clients and exposure to private‑sector environments. • Communicate effectively in person, virtual meetings and written briefings.
