About the Role
The Customer Service Coordinator role creates a quality customer service experience in an inbound and outbound call‑center environment. Duties include scheduling, handling customer inquiries, providing updates, making appointments, resolving issues, and maintaining a database. The position may also involve developing and qualifying sales leads while ensuring complete customer satisfaction and contributing to the Voice of the Customer quality score. Primary responsibilities span three areas. In Customer Experience, the associate fields questions professionally, ensures communications are well‑documented, tracks satisfaction metrics, provides production and service information, schedules installations, follows up after installation, and routes calls to the appropriate department. In Product Sales, the associate determines customer requirements, promotes Crew2 programs, presents pricing and terms, and records accurate customer information. The role also partners with the Contact Center Service and Sales teams to support overall performance. • Provide inbound and outbound customer service, handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and resolve issues. • Maintain accurate customer records and update the database per established processes. • Develop and qualify sales leads, promote Crew2 products, and present pricing and terms. • Monitor Voice of the Customer metrics to ensure high satisfaction and meet cycle‑time goals. • Collaborate with Contact Center Service and Sales teams to optimize performance.

What You Bring
We require a high school diploma or GED, strong problem‑resolution and customer‑service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask as a team player.
