About the Role
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline via job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals. • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and create compelling job descriptions. • Manage and coordinate all interview stages, including scheduling, feedback collection, and communication between parties. • Facilitate offer negotiations, conduct background and reference checks, and assist with onboarding for smooth transitions. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS. • Act as a brand ambassador, representing company culture and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. • Stay current on recruiting trends and technologies to improve metrics such as time‑to‑hire and cost‑per‑hire.

What You Bring
We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter to join our team and play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to negotiating offers, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. The successful candidate will have proven recruiting experience, strong proficiency with ATS and HR software, deep knowledge of employment laws, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple openings in a fast‑paced environment while using a data‑driven, problem‑solving approach. • Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist. • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR software. • In‑depth knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills. • Excellent organization and time‑management abilities in a fast‑paced environment. • Data‑driven, problem‑solving approach to recruitment.
