About the Role

The West Region Safety Manager will lead safety initiatives, collaborate with senior site leadership, and ensure adherence to safety standards throughout the project lifecycle. • Advise senior construction site representatives on ESHARP and SH&E processes, identifying and controlling hazards. • Manage a team of safety specialists and conduct site inspections to correct safety issues. • Lead accident investigations, determine root causes, and prepare detailed reports. • Represent management during regulatory or client safety inspections and handle inspection reports. • Conduct risk assessments and provide technical assistance for safety planning.

What You Bring

Parsons is seeking passionate, skilled professionals to join a major program and construction management team that supports a large government customer on a significant infrastructure project central to U.S. border security. The role provides Owner Agent Construction Management Services, including program management, construction management, risk management, scheduling, cost estimating, progress reporting, quality assurance, safety, and related support to ensure program success. Candidates should possess relevant education, certifications, and experience in health and safety, with a preference for heavy‑construction and federal government project backgrounds, and must meet U.S. person and background‑check requirements. • OSHA 30 certification; Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field (or equivalent experience). • Minimum five years of health‑and‑safety experience, including supervisory responsibilities. • Heavy construction experience; preferred experience on federal government projects. • Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations. • U.S. person status; ability to obtain/maintain federal program site access and pass a background check.
