About the Role
The role supports WSP's four pillars—Clients, People & Culture, Operational Excellence, and Expertise—by expanding market share, fostering talent, optimizing processes, and advancing technical capabilities across all end markets. Key responsibilities include managing local client coordination and cross‑selling, representing the firm at industry events, attracting and mentoring talent, improving project performance through KPI tracking, and leveraging global technical expertise to provide integrated solutions. • Develop and grow Healthcare sector client relationships in South Jordan, UT. • Lead multidisciplinary project teams delivering electrical engineering solutions. • Manage local client coordination and cross‑selling with regional and national teams. • Represent WSP at client and industry events to generate pipeline opportunities. • Attract, mentor, and develop talent while promoting inclusion and diversity. • Drive operational excellence by optimizing processes, KPIs, and project performance. • Leverage global technical expertise to provide integrated solutions across markets. • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards. • Maintain professional engineering licensure and uphold WSP safety and ethics policies. • Provide mentorship to junior staff and support their professional growth.

What You Bring
Required qualifications are a bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering, a professional PE license, 12+ years of Healthcare engineering experience (including management and business development), extensive electrical design knowledge, a strong local network, and proven leadership; preferred credentials include LEED AP certification and additional project management experience. • Allocate time approximately 25% to business development and 75% to project execution. • Required: Bachelor’s in Electrical/Architectural Engineering, PE license, 12+ years Healthcare experience. • Preferred: LEED AP certification and additional project management expertise.
