Senior Scheduler - Data Center Construction

About the Role

• Effectively work with stakeholders, clients, contractors and subcontractors on a daily basis. • Develop and maintain detailed end‑to‑end construction program schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau for multi‑project environments. • Ensure schedule data from vendors, suppliers, engineering and construction contractors is fed back into planning and scheduling systems. • Implement project planning and scheduling strategy, plans, and procedures reflecting both company and contractor roles and responsibilities. • Collaborate with project managers, construction firms and subcontractors to maintain schedule integrity. • Provide interface and quality assurance to functional groups and contractors for tracking and reporting schedule performance. • Coordinate multiple sources of schedule inputs into a master schedule platform and deliver status reports as required. • Prepare and update progress reports for the client, including integrated planning/scheduling contributions to monthly reports and presentations. • Produce high‑level 1‑, 3‑, and 6‑month look‑ahead reports from P6. • Perform probabilistic and trend analysis on integrated and contractor schedules. • Monitor and communicate potential project issues that could delay the schedule. • Conduct schedule, critical path, and risk analyses for the project and program. • Analyze deviations from the baseline, highlight bottlenecks, propose corrective actions, and assess overall schedule impact of changes. • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable. • Collaborate with various disciplines while maintaining scheduler independence to advise management. • Convert data into Tableau reports and graphics.

What You Bring

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to join our data center team for a major construction project onsite in Rayville, Louisiana. This position requires onsite presence Monday‑Friday in Rayville, LA; local candidates or those open to relocation are preferred, though a per diem is available for those unable to relocate. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and managing construction schedules for mission‑critical facilities, strong knowledge of scheduling best practices and project controls, and excellent communication skills for a client‑facing role. • Regular travel to construction site is expected. • Experience working in mission‑critical environments, including commissioning activities, is preferred. • Understanding of MEP systems. • Knowledge of best practices for delivering construction programs. • Extensive experience creating and managing large‑scale construction schedules in Primavera P6. • Background in project controls is beneficial. • Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications and sequencing. • Ability to work independently and produce detailed concept‑level schedules from limited information. • Knowledge of system start‑up sequences and major dependencies. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills. • BS degree in engineering, business, or related field, or equivalent experience. • PSP certification by AACE in planning/scheduling is beneficial. • EIT certification preferred.
