About the Role
Estimators operate within an Estimating Hub, delivering a range of outputs—including order‑of‑magnitude to detailed first‑principles estimates, estimating assurance, support for major programme set‑up, and data services—to aid client decision‑making. • Deliver accurate, comprehensive estimates and cost plans on schedule. • Manage the estimating process at the project level independently. • Produce estimates without supervision. • Promote and uphold estimating best practices across the firm. • Contribute to departmental goals and objectives. • Stay current with technical developments to provide best‑practice advice. • Maintain chartered membership of a professional body or work towards it. • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

What You Bring
To support continued growth, Turner & Townsend is hiring Senior Estimators with proven experience in infrastructure sectors such as rail, airports, highways, power, water or utilities. Positions are based in London, Birmingham, Bristol and Manchester, with the possibility to work remotely from the UK on global client assignments. • Hold high‑level qualifications in Estimating or Quantity Surveying. • Demonstrate extensive experience in large‑scale project estimating or QS. • Utilise estimating software proficiently. • Desirable membership of RICS, CIOB or A.
