About the Role
• Implement project planning and scheduling strategy, plans and procedures for both company and contractors. • Coordinate development and implementation of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) with project lead and planner. • Maintain integration and integrity of contractor schedules within the program suite. • Provide interface and quality assurance for schedule performance tracking and reporting. • Prepare staffing, engineering, construction progress, and customized reports. • Perform critical path analysis. • Conduct project schedule, critical path, and schedule risk analysis for the entire project. • Analyse deviations from the baseline master schedule, highlight bottlenecks and propose corrective actions. • Contribute integrated planning/scheduling content to monthly project reports and presentations. • Analyse overall schedule impact of variances or change orders. • Ensure schedule data from vendors, suppliers, engineering and construction contractors is fed back into planning systems. • Work closely with various project disciplines to ensure accuracy and completeness of schedules.

What You Bring
The Scheduler role involves advanced scheduling, progress measurement, change management and analysis on major residential projects. It requires a thorough understanding of policies, methods and procedures, including advanced planning, risk analysis and project‑objective support, and provides regional expertise and best‑practice implementation for the planning and scheduling discipline. • B.E/B.Tech (Civil) with project management or construction management certification preferred. • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with demonstrated career growth. • Strong knowledge and experience in project management. • Ability to lead, coordinate and organize multiple schedule inputs into a master schedule and deliver status reports. • Willingness to support onsite teams beyond core functions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build good relationships with project team. • Expert proficiency with scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera), Excel and PowerPoint. • Experience in commercial real estate scheduling desirable.
