About the Role
The Property Ambassador provides a consistent and professional presence throughout the property to support daily operations, ensure site standards are upheld, and build positive relationships with tenants. This role is responsible for observing activity, identifying concerns, and proactively reporting to property management. The Ambassador serves as an on‑site representative of the landlord's expectations and helps maintain a safe, clean, and well‑functioning environment. • Maintain a 24/7 on‑site presence and report any unusual or unauthorized activity. • Monitor scheduled activities and promptly escalate issues such as damage, leaks, or loitering. • Observe parking areas for compliance and report violations or unsafe behavior. • Patrol pedestrian bridges during evening and overnight shifts and report inappropriate conduct. • Ensure vendor deliveries occur within approved timeframes and report disruptions or obstructions. • Conduct daily property checkpoints and verify fire panels are clear of issues. • Build positive tenant relationships while respecting boundaries and not intervening in internal matters. • Keep a professional appearance, respond to communications within 15 minutes, and follow property procedures. • Submit accurate daily and monthly reports detailing incidents, trends, and recommendations. • Notify management of golf cart issues and ensure carts remain clean and operational. • Outdoor‑only role; work in all weather conditions year‑round.

What You Bring
This is an outdoor‑only role that requires the Ambassador to work in all weather conditions year‑round, walking, standing, and being on foot or in a cart for extended periods. The schedule is flexible and may include nights, weekends, and holidays. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Prior experience in property operations, facilities, or a customer‑facing environment (preferred). • Strong attention to detail and observational skills. • Effective verbal and written communication abilities. • Ability to work independently and maintain a consistent presence. • Comfortable using basic technology for reporting and communication. • Willingness to be outdoors and mobile throughout the entire shift. • Requires walking, standing, and being on foot or in a cart for extended periods.
