About the Role
The Project Manager – Infrastructure (Construction) role based in Doha, Qatar, leads complex urban projects from inception through closeout. Responsibilities include developing scope, managing commercial performance, and acting as the primary liaison with clients and subcontractors. The position requires oversight of project execution, health and safety, quality assurance, budgeting, scheduling, and change order management to ensure delivery on time and within budget. • Lead scope development, management, and commercial performance to meet project objectives. • Represent Parsons with clients and subcontractors, negotiating scope changes and securing additional work. • Develop and oversee Project Execution, Health & Safety, and QA/QC plans and related documentation. • Direct and coordinate business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions throughout all project phases. • Assign responsibilities based on team members' strengths and provide performance feedback. • Manage budgets, schedules, and cost controls, implementing corrective actions for overruns or delays. • Maintain current change orders and communicate scope modifications to clients and senior management. • Conduct weekly status meetings, track milestones, and report progress to leadership. • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and Parsons' project management certification.
