About the Role
Property Managers operate independently across multiple sites, handling customer consultations, unit inspections, cash handling, and payment follow‑ups while maintaining both interior and exterior facility conditions. • Assess customer storage needs and recommend packing/moving supplies • Conduct daily unit inspections to ensure inventory accuracy and rental readiness • Audit cash drawers and prepare bank deposits • Perform payment reminder and collection calls • Transport items up to 35 lb and walk/stand outdoors up to 50% of the shift, including climbing stairs and opening large doors • Clean and maintain interior spaces (sweeping, mopping) and exterior grounds/curb appeal
