About the Role

The role serves as a trusted advisor to electrical contractors, channel partners, consultants, and end users across multiple market segments, influencing the design of small to large electrical distribution systems. Responsibilities include selling low‑ and medium‑voltage distribution, motor control, power switching, digital power, automation, services, and monitoring solutions; interpreting electrical plans to craft winning proposals; driving market strategy and demand generation through account plans; and enabling channel partners through promotions, training, and inventory planning. Collaboration with internal teams such as inside sales, project managers, and supply chain is essential to deliver tailored solutions. • Act as trusted advisor to electrical contractors, channel partners, consultants, and end users. • Sell low‑ and medium‑voltage distribution, motor control, power switching, digital power, automation, services, and monitoring solutions. • Interpret electrical plans and specifications to develop proposals. • Drive market strategy, demand generation, and multi‑layered account plans. • Enable and manage channel partners to achieve sales and profitability targets. • Collaborate with internal teams (inside sales, project managers, channel managers, supply chain, etc.) to deliver solutions. • Execute operational plans: promotions, training programs, and inventory planning. • Create growth‑oriented business plans with partners and set performance metrics. • Monitor competitor offerings and share insights for strategy development.

What You Bring

Candidates should have at least three years of relevant sales experience and preferably a bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or business, though a combination of education and experience will be considered. Advanced experience in electrical distribution or energy‑management industries, executive relationship building, and familiarity with low‑ and medium‑voltage equipment, automation, controls, and consultative sales methodologies are required. • Understand Schneider Electric’s software, cloud analytics, and sustainability solutions. • Minimum 3 + years sales experience; bachelor's degree in engineering, technology or business preferred. • Advanced experience in electrical distribution or energy‑management industries and executive relationship building. • Familiarity with low‑/medium‑voltage equipment, automation, controls, and consultative sales methodologies.

The position is based in the United States with a compensation range of $89,600 to $134,400 per year, which includes base salary and a short‑term incentive. Pay within this range is set based on performance, knowledge, skills, experience, and relevant education.
