Job Highlights
About the Role
• Own and drive the national sales funnel for CM • Create a structured pipeline from existing JLL channels • Establish a funnel governance model to capture, qualify, and convert opportunities • Partner with city‑specific Sales SPOCs and PDS leaders to unlock new market opportunities • Co‑create city‑tailored go‑to‑market strategies • Enable city teams with target account lists, sector narratives, and pursuit strategies • Lead end‑to‑end solutioning for complex pursuits, aligning client objectives, constraints, timelines, and commercial expectations • Strategize and position JLL’s value proposition, integrating design excellence, cost certainty, delivery capability, risk management, and lifecycle value • Track pitch progress through defined stage gates to ensure momentum and timely decisions • Drive regular internal reviews with regional and national leadership for insights and course corrections • Implement MIS reporting to track and forecast the CM pipeline and predict trends • Identify, codify, and replicate successful pitch strategies, pricing models, and differentiation levers across cities and sectors
