About the Role

• Operate equipment such as baler, front‑end loader, bobcat, compactors, or forklift to transport and bind paper or loose materials. • Sort, grade, and inspect wastepaper and other materials for quality before baling or shipping. • Load, unload, tag, and stack material in proper rows; move material to designated areas using loaders or forklifts. • Start and monitor baler operation, respond to machine prompts and alarms, and record downtime. • Perform routine equipment maintenance, including lubricating, fueling, cleaning, and keeping wire supplies on hand. • Compile worksheets, tickets, and load/unload tally sheets according to customer specifications and bills of lading. • Maintain accurate inventory records and mark materials with identifying information. • Coordinate material flow with the MRF Manager and ensure proper conveyor feeding. • Ensure safety in work areas, comply with all safety policies, and complete vehicle condition reports.

What You Bring
