About the Role

Assemblers are responsible for diagnosing, repairing, adjusting and maintaining a range of industrial equipment, including sheet‑metal machines, engines, pneumatic tools and conveyor systems. Tasks span electrical diagnostics, mechanical alignment, pneumatic and hydraulic servicing, basic welding, and general maintenance using hand and power tools, precision measuring devices and diagnostic software. • Diagnose, repair, adjust, or maintain industrial manufacturing machinery using hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments. • Measure voltage, current, and power in AC/DC circuits; troubleshoot electrical faults and perform basic wiring. • Align, install, and maintain belt drives, pulleys, chain drives, shaft assemblies, and bearings. • Install, replace, and service motors, HVAC equipment, and refrigerant systems. • Align, install, and regulate pneumatic lines, hoses, and compressors. • Install, repair, and maintain hydraulic pumps, hoses, valves, cylinders, and filters. • Perform basic welding tasks, recognize MIG and TIG equipment, and follow safety procedures.

What You Bring

We are hiring Entry‑Level Assemblers to support our growing production operations. New hires will rotate through positions on a fast‑paced assembly line—such as assembly, piping, electrical, finishing, testing, and wrapping—gaining hands‑on experience in multiple trades and building a solid manufacturing career. The role requires effective communication, teamwork and the ability to follow technical diagrams, sketches and manuals. Employees must be comfortable working in a dusty factory environment with extreme temperature fluctuations, be able to work at heights above 3 ft, lift up to 50 lb and remain seated or standing for most of the shift. • Use basic power tools safely; read and apply technical diagrams, sketches, and manuals. • Communicate effectively and collaborate within a maintenance team. • Ability to lift up to 50 lb, stand or sit for most of the shift, and work at heights over 3 ft in dusty, temperature‑extreme environments.
