About the Role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Contracts Manager for our Abu Dhabi office. The role manages all aspects of contract administration, ensures compliance with legal requirements, and supports the organization’s business objectives. Operating with independence, the Contracts Manager provides sound contractual advice across all phases of the project lifecycle, overseeing deliverables of varying complexity and ensuring compliance both pre‑ and post‑award. • Review, draft, and negotiate complex contracts and agreements • Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation to closeout • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, regulations, and company policies • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve issues • Analyze contract terms to identify risks and opportunities • Maintain accurate contract records and documentation • Develop and implement contract management processes and procedures • Monitor contract performance and deadlines, ensuring timely renewals or terminations • Prepare reports on contract status, compliance, and financial implications • Assist in resolving contract disputes and claims • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field • Minimum 6 years of contract administration experience, preferably international • Strong knowledge of contract law and UAE labor regulations • Proficiency with contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
